Bill Coley

Bill attended University of Georgia in 1978.  He received his real estate sales license in 1998 and his broker’s license in 2001.  Before a career change in 1998, he owned and operated a family farm and related businesses for twenty years.

During his 7 years in the real estate business with Fickling & Company, Bill has served in all categories of commercial real estate.  He is currently responsible for marketing several high-profile development challenges and numerous commercial properties. He is also responsible for implementing the management of key properties as well as site search assignments for Fortune 500 companies.  Bill has produced in excess of $10,000,000.00 in real estate transaction over the past three years.
