Paul Laneback

Paul began his career in the commercial finance business before working as a banker and becoming the Vice President in charge of the real estate lending department at Trust Company Bank in Macon, now SunTrust Bank. He began doing real estate appraisals in 1990 and has appraised almost all types of commercial properties since 1990 in six southeastern states. Paul holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, is also designated as a Review Appraiser (AI-GRS), and is still an active commercial real estate appraiser. He began his Realtor career in 2015 and works in the middle Georgia area providing his knowledge and experience to assist clients making commercial real estate decisions for buying, selling or leasing commercial property.
